We have been in the PC support business for more than 17 years now, and have been responsible for providing outstanding technical support services for small business and residential customers during that time. Our specialty is in the area of on-site service and repair, including virus and spyware removal. Our regular customers particularly value our flexibility when working to their schedule. We are based in Fox River Grove, Illinois.

Rates:
Our labor rate for PC service is $40 per hour with a one-hour minimum.
The cost of needed hardware or software is extra.
